These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Ping app ("the app") and all associated services, features, and content. By accessing or using the app, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Ping app, you agree to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, which governs how we handle your personal information. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use the Ping app. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you are at least 17 years of age. If you are under 17, you must not use the app and must uninstall it immediately.

3. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

4. Use of the App

You agree to use the Ping app in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the app does not violate any law or the rights of any third party.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Harassing, threatening, or abusive behavior.

• Using the app for any illegal or fraudulent purposes.

• Impersonating others or providing false information.

• Distributing malware or other harmful software.

• Posting objectionable content, including but not limited to hate speech, explicit material, or content that promotes violence or harm.

6. Content Moderation and Reporting

Ping has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content or abusive behavior. To maintain a safe environment:

• Identifiers provided by users are never shared with or visible to other users.

• Users can flag objectionable content for review. Flagged content will be reviewed within 24 hours, and if found in violation, it will be removed, and the offending user may be ejected from the platform.

• Users can block other users to prevent further interaction.

• Users can immediately remove their own messages and hints from the app at any time.

7. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to immediately notify Ping of any unauthorized use of your account.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ping shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the app, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Ping does not guarantee that the app will meet your requirements or operate without interruption or errors.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts in your jurisdiction.

Additional Terms

By using Ping, you agree to:

- Provide accurate identifiers (IG, phone, Snap, etc.) for private matching.

- Not use Ping to harass, spam, or impersonate others.

- Understand that your identifiers are only used for matching and are never visible to other users.

- Follow all community guidelines and respect other users' privacy.

- Ping reserves the right to update these terms and to suspend or terminate accounts that violate them.
